S.M.A.R.T. Goaling

Yes, "Goaling." This awesome system of Goal Setting needs to be verbed. It is simple. It is effective. It is ready for immediate implementation in your life.
Ready for a new start? Let's do it.

1st) Create closure with any past goals. Let 'em go. Clean slate.

2nd) Make S.M.A.R.T. goals. This is the secret to success.
You must make S.M.A.R.T. goals fueled by action.
S =  Specific
M = Measurable
A = Action items
R = Realistic
T = Time-bound

3rd)  Write these goals down. WRITE THEM DOWN . . . with a pencil on paper.

4th) Constantly review your goals. Feel good about yourself for the reviewing and the ongoing revamping of your goals. Part of goal-setting is tweaking.

Here is a great video outlining and detailing these steps. Taylor Marshall is a Catholic theologian, philosopher, and apologist. He is one of the clearest thinkers I know. Whether you are Catholic or Jewish or Buddhist - no matter.

His explanation of S.M.A.R.T. goals is for everyone.
